Yes, when you place an order, you can choose custom-made, we will made the dress according to your demands, another is that you can provide the picture you like for us, we can also made according to the picture.

How can I check my order status?

Why are you chooses actual picture?

We give actual picture to facilitate customer for choose and buy, another is that you will find the product is as the same as picture.

What if I would like to add stoles to the dresses? Do I need to pay extra money?

For most dresses, it is OK to add stoles, in our website have several stoles for you to choose, and you should only pay extra £20 for this.

Yes, if you want add straps, sleeves and some small changes for the dress, we can do this for free. If you want add stoles, you should pay extra fee, the detail you can check in our website.

Can I cancel the order if I do not need it?

You can cancel the order in 24 hours, over this time if you want cancel, you should pay me 60% material fee, because the dress is already cropped and being made for you.

When my parcel will be shipped?

The item in our website is made to order, so it needs some time to be finished for you, After we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with a tracking No, you can check your order with the number on courier’s website, such as DPD, USPS. Also when you make an order, you can get the estimate information for delivery time.

How do I change my personal information such as e-mail, shipping address by myself?

How much will the shipping cost?
